1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing any product on the Walnut BizzApp ERP Support Marketplace (support.walnutbizz.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including customers, consultants, and administrators.

2. Services Description

Walnut BizzApp operates a marketplace for ERP support services targeting Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 users. We connect customers with certified ERP consultants to resolve issues, provide training, configure modules, and deliver other ERP-related services as described in each product listing.

3. SLA Guarantee

Each support product includes a stated Service Level Agreement (SLA) for first response time. If Walnut BizzApp fails to meet the stated SLA, the customer is entitled to a prorated credit for that billing period. SLA timers begin when payment is confirmed and a ticket is created. Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.) may suspend SLA timers. The SLA covers first response time only — overall resolution time may vary based on issue complexity.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. One-time purchases are charged immediately. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled. Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. Stripe processes all payments securely. Invoices are issued automatically and available in your portal.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of support plan subscriptions if no consultant work has been delivered. Break-fix tickets, training sessions, and completed configuration work are non-refundable once delivery has begun. SLA breaches are compensated via account credits, not cash refunds. To request a refund, email start@walnutbizz.com within 30 days of purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate account information; maintain the security of your login credentials; use our services only for lawful purposes; not attempt to access other users' data or the platform's admin systems; provide necessary access to your ERP environment when required for service delivery; respond to consultant requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on support.walnutbizz.com, including product descriptions, documentation, and platform code, is the property of Walnut BizzApp. You retain ownership of your ERP data and any custom configurations created for you. We do not claim any rights to your proprietary business data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Walnut BizzApp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. ERP configuration and support work is provided by certified professionals, but results cannot be guaranteed for all scenarios.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE. For international customers, we aim to resolve disputes amicably before any legal proceedings.
