This includes your name, email address, company name, ERP platform details, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, products viewed, and ticket interactions to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process purchases and create support tickets; assign certified consultants to your tickets; send order confirmations, ticket updates, and SLA notifications; improve our marketplace and support services; send relevant product recommendations (you may unsubscribe at any time); and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with: consultants assigned to your tickets (name, company, ERP platform, and ticket details only); Stripe for payment processing; SendGrid for transactional emails; Supabase for secure data storage. All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, HTTP-only JWT cookies, and row-level security in our database. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Ticket history is retained for 3 years for audit and quality purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing start@walnutbizz.com — we will comply within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
