30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers on any support plan are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked, provided no consultant work has been delivered.
Support Plan Subscriptions
New customers: 30-day full refund guarantee if no work has been delivered. Existing subscribers: prorated refund for unused days if you cancel mid-month, available on Gold and Platinum plans only. Bronze and Silver plans may be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Break-Fix Tickets
Fully refundable if cancelled before a consultant begins work. Once work has begun (indicated by the first consultant message in the ticket), break-fix tickets are non-refundable. If we fail to resolve the issue and cannot provide an alternative solution, a full refund is issued.
Training Sessions
Fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge but are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Configuration & Setup Services
50% refundable if cancelled before work begins. Once configuration work has started, the service is non-refundable. If Walnut BizzApp is unable to complete the agreed scope due to technical limitations beyond your control, a prorated refund will be issued.
Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable. Unused hours do not expire and remain in your account balance. If your account is closed, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.
SLA Breach Credits
If we miss a stated SLA response time, you automatically receive a credit equal to one day of subscription value (or 10% of a one-time purchase price). Credits are applied to your next invoice and do not expire.
How to Request a Refund
Email start@walnutbizz.com with your order ID and reason for the refund request. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
